Prototype 01 · hold-and-spin puzzle

Wonderbound

Compose the page with nine swaps, declare how greedy you are, then turn it — and watch the loose glyphs tumble while your formations hold.

The new art, playable · gem glyphs

Wonderbound v2

The same game on the new pieces — the current build. Every glyph is cut as a real gemstone, rendered in Blender and pre-baked into sprites: light glides across the facets at rest, and the stones turn for real on the spin. Variants below change the grid, the board size and the icon size.

Prototype iteration 4 · the master spec

Wonderbound v4

The build of the master specification. An 8 × 15 page of solid tiles with no seam between them, chapters of two and three pages that restart as one, keepsakes drafted between pages and reset on every attempt, the Gilded Cell, wild glyphs, locked glyphs, full lines and enclosures, and the Golden Page that sweeps the whole board. A spin is spent only when a chapter ends short. The profile multipliers and all 460 page targets were solved by simulation at this board size.

Prototype iteration 3 · The Library

Wonderbound v3

The new build from the iteration-3 guide: an 8 × 11 page, one node per page in a hundred-page Library, profiles that unlock as you read (Whisper only until page 10), the LOOSE counter beside CERTAIN, crates and walls, stars, One More Turn, and spins spent only when a page reads short. Every target was derived by simulation.

Look study · solid tiles, whole screen

Solid tiles

The screen covered edge to edge by solid enamel tiles — no book behind — each one modelled and lit in Blender with the glyph raised and chamfered on its face, and pre-baked so it can turn in real 3D. Tap a tile to flip it; the bar below switches the resting motion.
